James McCarthy has been in the Private Lending/Hard Money space since 2013 and since 2013 has managed the closings and/or originated just under $1Billion in funded loans. Working for direct lenders who fund and broker loans James developed a network of funding partners who provide boutique solutions for real estate investors.
